            That is an absolutely beautiful hat!! I think we should do a Thread for named EM/ NCO visors. To keep this Thread going I'll post an Infantry I have that I was able to research (I tried on yours but couldn't get anything definitive on Volksbund.de).

            It's a Pekuro issued by the 2nd Co. of IR 60 and named to Hugo Benger. IR 60 was part of the 16th ID during the Battle of France. They fought at Sedan supporting Guderian's breakthrough on 15 May 40. Gefreiter Hugo Benger is listed as KIA on 17 May 40 and is buried at Noyers-Pont-Maugis, near Sedan.

                      Love the idea, it's so fasinating knowing what the soldier has gone through. This research helps us to let his legacy live on through stories such as you have posted. Outstanding
