nice cap, but I'm effrayed it's a restaured "festival" DAF cap and not an original Werkschar visor ...

Yes,
I think it was factory sewn up side down, what's possible, not especialy a "red flag" about authenticity (of course if it's a real celluloid sweat shield and not plastic).
IMO it's a period genuine DAF Festival cap, think the insignia are OK too.

Hi Pascal,

I still got my doubts. Positives and negatives. A couple of months ago I decided to buy this cap, and now it is part of mine collection. The cap and insigna are real and that is the reason why I bought it. It looks like they sewed the insigna on the right way.
