Another M34 overseas for review

Hello All
I found another M34 that looks to be good, and has some interesting stamps and a very strange feature that I would like to submit to the forum members for opinons

The stamps and where the hat was resized (?) by a new seam at the top. Unfortunately it cut off some of the stamps

And....then this....... I can see the outline of where the soutache, cockade and eagle were. But the custom embroidery is quite different

A closeup. Pretty weird but it looks to have been on there for a bit. Any comments on originality, stamps and strange feature appreciated

Anyone familiar with the manufacturer stamps? Would it be acceptable to lightly replace the eagle and cockade for display?
