    Panzer Grenadier late-war visor

Hi, I'm planning on buying this EM/NCO panzergrenadier visor. Looks like a very rare cap to me and it looks OK to me but I would love to hear your opionion first.

And also, what would be a reasonable price for it?

    Regards,
    Sander

                As usual,

the piping looks strange for PzGren color- a recolored infan visor?

Hmm I have the pictures in a very large size and it looks green all the way. Will cut out a close up for you this afternoon.

Looks like a Em/NCO contract cap that has been re-piped and the sweatband changed out. I would pass personally.

I totally agree with what Kreager said. The way the piping is attached at the ends and the stitching showing on the cap body in your 4th post is enough to make me run far away. I don't there's any way that's original.

                        Regards,

                        Drew

                            piping

Looks like rayon piping to me and this type of piping is attached in this way. Looks OK to me, other than the sweatband possibly being reattached. A hands on is always nice though.

This kind of piping was recently discussed here:
