stitching to visor maybe a little sloppy but nothing to cause concern I would have thought.

Overall it looks okay to me, but the stitching above the visor is definitely a repair of some sort done by a non-tailor. I can't tell if it's to re-install the sweatband, replace torn stitching, or ? Otherwise I don't have any problems with the kepi.
Is there some sort of reinforcement or something like that between the cap body and the lower part of the back half of the flap? I can see white fabric or something in between the cap body lower edge and the flap's lower edge in the photos.

Definitley looks like a repair, but the tag looks good to me.

Thanks guys ,Erich no it's just my poor photography again ,the flash has picked up the inner rear material which looks white in the photo but in reality it's just the same colour as the rest of the cap.

Perhaps you are correct there could be a repair but I would say it's period and does'nt really detract from the cap. When you hold this cap in your hand you just know it's the real deal.
