I was offered today to buy this visor cap, but i ve never seen like this before.Can i get opinions about unit and possible originality of it please?

It is an Orts level PL visor and is right as rain. They are very, very common so I would not pay anymore than $750-$800 USD.

Im sorry, but what does "Orts level PL" mean? What unit is it?I was asked to pay 550 euros

It's for politcal use NSDAP and is the lowest grade(Orts)

Here is a org chart of the political structure that I have dug up searching NSDAP on google, this one is all you need to know, apart from the colours.

Orts: Blue, Kreis: White, Gau: Red, Reich: Yellow

Kries: used to be black before 39 I think that is the right date.

If it has mothing, I would put its value in the $500 range. It also needs a chincord and buttons.
