The second one is most likely on the back of the wreath, Note the grommet hole to the left, on the white material, which I would say is the front of the cap.

I was wondering about the RZM tag behind the wreath. If the same coding system as SS applies, the "A" code would be for machine woven insignia. One would think that a hand ebroidered wreath of that style would have a "F" code or higher.

YES! perhaps not a "F" but in all cases higher than "A"...
