Sattelform Visors & the Rest of the World

As I am sure most of you will agree, no other country on earth has put together a more aesthetically pleasing piece of headgear than the Sattelform visors of the TR period.

What always has surprised me is how few countries/organisations ever picked it up for their uniforms--probably too "arrogant".

The newly-formed USAF did go to a nice sattelform for a short while during the Korean war, but then reverted to more of the plate-shape we see today.

This is one of those "darts & farts" early USAF visors (I have seen them with even higher peaks):

Indonesia really took the sattelform to heart:

The DDR reverted back to the tellerform, while the BRD kept it (somewhat).
Is anyone aware of any other countries which use the sattelform (the current Ukrainian/Russian mostrosities don't count!)

As you can tell, Pinochet and his Generals uniforms have a decidedly TR influence:

This one is actually more of a crusher, but I´ll show it anyway.
Its a current-issue Estonian army officers cap.

Mo: Are you sure the Estonian Army doesn't contract their hats out to the Latvians?

This one doubles as an emergency sail in case of loss of power:

                          cap

Once when going through the Frankfurt/Main airport in the early 1980s I saw an American sergeant wearing his visor hat which had a distinctly EREL shape to it. It looked very smart and I always wondered what the story was behind the hat. Never saw anything as good looking since then. Anyone have knowledge of US servicemen in Germany having custom-made visor hats?
