Can anybody give opinion about this hat or cover hat?Does it look original and what part of marine forces does it belong to?

Thanx!But does it actually hat or some sort of cover for the main hat?Because i dont think it can sit on anybody's head.

Are you guys kidding me?? Thats the blue cover for the visor cap

Tops were also removeable for some Donald Duck caps also. These were worn with an eagle and rounde. Visor hat covers would only bear the eagle as the wreath would be on the band.
