    Hitler's Cap

I was watching History Detectives (on PBS) and they did a segment on some old film brought home by a Vet in 1945. One of the rolls of film shows Hitler and other Third Reich Head Muckity Mucks attending a Wagner festival in Bavaria sometime in the 1930's. http://www.pbs.org/opb/historydetect...tlerfilms.html

Some of the scenes show Hitler wearing a visor without a cockade, other shots have it. Any ideas?

    Regards,
    Mike

Hello I don't know if it's still on display, but a Hitler visor without the cocade was on display at the Imperial Palace in Las Vegas. It was part of the auto collection. It was displayed with Hitlers staff cars.

The owner of the Hotel was a major TR collector. Kirby

            Hitler's visor caps

I will ask the same questioss here that I did on the collector community furum. 1) How many Hitler visor caps exist today, and how many "experts" have examined them? 2) Hav any side by side comparions been done? 3) Do any modern closeup pictures exist that attest to their genuineness?

Unfortunately not anymore, it was sold and the car a number of years ago.
