Obscure SA Kepi Maker: Collins, "Der Moderne Hut"

Check out item # NO14759 on the collector's guild website. It is an Austrian Kepi for Sudmark, by a rare maker--"Collins, Der Moderne Hut".

Believe it or not, they are still in existence today, with locations in Salzburg and Vienna, and are also distributors for Mayser and Lodenfrey!:
