Luft NCO Overseas Cap Opinions needed

Here is a Luft NCO cap. I think its good. The backing on the adler is black. Who would use that insignia? Thanks, Ron.

Hi Ron, the cap itself looks original but the insignia has been restored, rather badly.

No unit wore a black backed eagle on this colour cap. The cockade is incorrect (you can see where the original once was I think?) and I have never seen any piping like that before.

Hello Ron

Like Adrian said the insignia are not original on the cap. probabaly later added. Unfortunately. Eagles with black backing were used by the HG. The 2 stitchings below the piping are different colours.

The kokarde is not usual

Maybe somebody tried to upgrade this one
