Here is one of the earliest Pekuro logos, probably from about 1910:

BTW, I don't know when the Kyffhauserbund was re-formed, but this hat may or may not be re-badged, but it uses the first style insignia. Use of cockade with TR colors postwar seems odd, but not impossible:
