I purchased this Hitler Youth, flak helper ,M43 cap ,around 13 years ago,from a well known dealer ,that just found this hat in Germany.It is RZM marked ,and in fantastic condition.Please give me your opinions on this piece.Thanks,Kirk

Here's my HJ Flak ensemble! Note the blue HJ buckle!
These HJ Flak helpers usually did not have breast eagles per the regulations but is was occasionally done.
Photographic proof exists of such overcoats even being embelished with standard LW breast eagles,
(as well as HJ flieger tunics with standard LW insignia, as these boys wanted to be recognized as true soldiers)
