Wrong construction, wreath and cap band for KM Admin, plus I believe the eagle and wreath are both bad. Why the RZM tag? Don't know what it is, but I believe it's a "put-together" cap.

MOST caps that have only one row of piping are post war...Billbert

I've seen many post war caps like that. Someone just added a fake wreath, a thread roll RZM tag and an eagle.
