I could go either way on it, but the photos aren't clear enough to truely determine. I just want to make sure before it's thrown to the dogs.

I've never seen an M43 dated 1943 before, but aside from this I don't care for this cap at all

Thanks for all your reply 's i will post better shots but not till the weekend as i'm not back till after dark and want good light to take pictures,i can tell you that i took the said hat to a well know dealer in northampton and he liked it but that is one mans opinion which is why i have asked here,many thanks again to anyone that replied,will add more photos on the weekend,Barney.
