What about a photo Joe?

As requested. This is another relic with a pretty good provenance that ads to it's desirability (IMHO).
It was originally purchased in the mid 1950s by Gatesville, Texas collector Steve Fore. It was purchased from a California dealer named S.W. Holmers. He sold items from mimeographed sheets with the blue writing. The price at that time was the princely sum of $7.00!
Steve moved the cap to Waco, Texas collector Otis Marrs. Many collectors (including myself) tried to pry the cap from Otis, all without success.
Russ put some sort of Svengali-like charm on Otis for this and a few other 'killer' items when was stationed at Ft. Hood in the late 60's.
Russ then swapped it off to someone but then got it back (Otto Hoffman-esque, no?)
I pestered Russ till I obtained it from him for a Gold Luftwaffe recon clasp with pendant and a fist full (at the time) of cash in the late 70's. Had it ever since.
