M43 Officers cap, opinions asked

Hi,

Bought this cap some 12 years ago, looks good to me. What are your opions on this one??? (the real colour is a bit more greenish than the pictures show)

The stamp in the leather liner band says" Qualitäts Marke"

The stitching from the trapezoid cannot be seen on the inside.

What (if good) would be the value of this one?

Gents,

I am reasonably interested in this cap, however not being a uniform collector I am always cautious of going out of my "area" as it were.

Is everyone happy with it?

Reason I ask is simply there were not many replies to mcpw's original thread!

From my eyes it looks like the trapezoid could have been reaplied, however as mentioned this is not my area.

All assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The trap is handsewn so the fact that the "stitching does not go through the liner" is not relevant. IMO, the trap has been replaced -- not unusual and probably reflected in the price.
