While not commenting on the cap itself the piping is Pink .... i.e. Panzer (or at least it looks it on this monitor)

I have seen Dorn before, but it is rarely encountered--they are not a maker, but an Effekten distributor. The cap looks 100% based on pics alone. That Panzer he has on his site is even nicer--stonemint condition!

I've seen Clemens Wagner caps with a Meister Klasse logo in them.

Looks like a CWB on the bottom of the diamond.
