I got a Visor Cap Heeres Offiser maker Pekuro , but it is also marked August Kraft , Weingarten . on sweetshield in top .
Is this a seller of the Visor Cap or some kind of lincense maker ?

It would be a uniformen distributor. A firm that paid extra to have their name included in the maker's mark.

The cap is right as rain, that is a distributor marking.
