    Kriegs Visor

Guys, I'd like to be sure I have the real deal, so I'd like to post my Kriegs visor for opinions. I think it's okay, but there's no substitute for hearing others opinions. Thanks!

                Larry,
Some people say that the use of black thread (instead of bullion) in the cockade means that the insignia is automatically fake. I do not subscribe to that theory and, from the photos, the hat looks fine to me.
                Best,
                Leroy

It looks like cap is black, not dark blue?

It looks pretty good to me.

Interesting, the cockade pulled over the strap, apparently for a long time; don't see that often.

Nice bullion insignia, good toning, typical inside - I like it.

It's dark blue, not black, photos were taken in the sun which unfortunately makes it look darker. The liner is a blue satin.

It looks like it has been touched by some salt air and that makes for a great cap. (not heer infantry though). Jacques

Beauty visor Larry!!! Frog is right about the wreath vs. chinstrap...looks like it's the way the owner liked it. Unusual and all bullion...this is what we like!
