unfortunately fake. Insignia are fake and the cap it's self also modern fake. (construction, stitching and all that)

As has been said the insignia are both bad, sorry. For reference please check out the Tony Barto SS Forum and do a search or 'droopy eye skull'.

First of all , the insignia is a bad copy, stitching is just awfull, shape of the cap is awfull, whoever sold you this is really scum, take my word on that
