Cloth headgear, Is it real or???

Hey guys I came across this hat. I only have a few pictures of it because the guy was in a hurry to for a meeting and I took the best pictures i could with what I had. If they are enough could some tell me what type of hat and if it is real?? There is a makers mark picture there also. Masy thanks to anyone who helps me out. Im all new to the cloth headgear area of collecting!!

I just relaized reformatting my images i frgot totake a whole shot of the hat.What a dumb@$$. Anyway it has two buttons in the front under the patch and when unbuttoned lokks klike it could unfold over the ears?? So I guess is the patch authentic and is the maker mark legit??? I will go from there!!

I'm no M-43 expert, but by this time they should have been using an RB#.

Otto Schlientz is one of the more faked logos, primarily on political hats (visors and Kepis)--don't ask me why--it's not even one of the more aesthetically pleasing logos....
