These mystery visors have been popping up all over the place. This is another one, and the seller is guessing it has something to do with an TR-era marching band. It looks like forestry with the body and eagle, but the band is a "Fest" style. Any ideas?

B--hard to tell--my thoughts were forstdienst related when I first saw it, but the band is totally unrelated. Who knows.
Here is another oddball that I saw--I thought it might be Propagandaministerium, but the piping is too dark. Looks like a gray velvet band, however, which is peculiar to the M f. V. u. P--Attached FilesNEC SOLI CEDIT

A very odd version of a visor cap, but based on the construction of the visor itself, could it be a variation of the Luftwaffe related visor style created in 1936 for "civil guards acting as doormen and elevator operators of the Reichsluftfahrtministerium and Luftflottenkommando-buildings." (paraphrased from Headgear of Hitler's Germany Vol. 1, (page 339) by Jill Halcomb and Wilhelm P.B.R. Saris, with Otto Spronk) ?
Granted, neither shown here looks exactly like the one pictured in the book but there are similarities, and these two examples could have been dicked with through the decades. Do those army roundels look like they have been there forever?
