    If I remember correctly there are at least 2 versions or more, one is the one with the swastika cap band as you mentioned Ade, but this one looks like the version with acorns oakleves or whatever you call it, cannot see the details in the pic.

    I donĀ“t remember if the one with oakleaves is early or late one......

      Hi Ade,
      There are many grades in NSKOV ,the Ron's one is an high leader,the Lassi's one is a low and this is a intermediate rank,the chincord is different but the band is the same
      I could be wrong bat this is very similar

        Hi Lassi--the second one looks like a postwar BRD zivilmutze--they still used this style after the war for many caps--I don't believe it is Third Reich.

        With regards to the M-43, it could also be a civil cap--for HJ I want to see an RZM tag (but then again, I am no expert in super-soft headgear....)
