Italian-made W-SS Alter Art

Alter Arts are not my forte, and I don't even collect them--but I am putting this in the "its just so outrageous it may have a chance" category.
This is an Alter Art made in Napoli--the seller admits that the insignia has been replaced:

This seems to be the imprint of a chincord--that is one narrow velvet band:

Looks like a typical reproduction but with the lining of an Italian cap put in to try and throw people off the scent.

Yes it was discussed and after thinking about it that was one of my bad calls. I was fooled by the lining since I seen it in Italian caps before. I have since changed my opinion.
