I picked up Wilkins book for the first time in years and read the Clemens Wagner section. It prompted me to start this post. We have all been discussing if some of the other maker marked CW’s were distibutors or AGO’s. From what Wilkins wrote it looks like CW’s orders out paced their production and they were known to contract them out to other makers. So post your CW’s with other maker marks in them. I have these two.
