Pionier EM/NCO'S M34 Cap

I don't know much about cloth headgear in particular the correct style/types of insignia on these caps.

On Peters site looks nice everything correct in accordance to styles & manufacturing date also is it OK to have hand stitched insignia on these?

It looks like a very nice textbook example. Hand-sewn insignia is typical. Difficult to say for sure from the photo, but the grommet(s) paint may be touched up.
