    This is from the collection of advanced KM collector Jody Beltram, & is from an officer of the U-274. It is also pictured in the KM book by Bender, "Torpedo Los!". The traditions insignia is pinned on the left of the band:

                  Along the theme of Torpedos Los (a fantastic book, btw), here are my additions.

                  An OKK cap that is very similar to yours Stonemint -- this one is featured in Torpedos Los. I sold it off and am kicking myself now.
