I Hope You Can Obtain A Refund. As Others Have Said, The Hat Is A Poor Fake. If You Obtained This From A Dealer, He Is Either A Fraud Artist Or Does Not Know What He Is Doing. In Either Case, A Person To Avoid Doing Business With In The Future.
