Bad overall shape; bad grommets; bad lining for a willy hat; and bad maker's stamp. Is that enough?

yes Mr Kreager.
and there are a lot of "39" dated black pz sidecaps all around...
personaly, i would not purchase one of them,
but everybody is free to have his own opinion about this particular point.
