Are those LW eagles for sure fake?
I have bought several and they look preaty good.

Absolutely fake.., just like the army cap eagles of that same lot plus some other things have my concerns also.., the stuff melts which indicates ultra-fake.

The eagles are made of a tough but soft alloy plus the copper nails are wrong and soldered on with soft solder in a way they break loose in a second..., no WW2 pith eagle has weak prongs like that, even in you hold them in a flame for a week...

Do a search on pith eagles or pith helmets and see how originals really look like and what material they're made of...

I've tested one of these luft eagles in question and they're computer molded weak, bad eagles with wrong prongs etc.., hence they pop up everywhere..

I wish they were real ,I could use a couple...., but on the other hand a dealer would've taken them all for the price they're offered..., the amount of eagles and the "careful" price for a rare item like this is another indication there's something wrong..
