Looks good from here, it's not a vented one is it?

Turb, looks good from here as well--although NTZ will want better pix!

I'm not an Erel expert, but there is one thing I notice...
The sweatstains inside the visor, these are not natural,IMO.

They are also under the sweatband ?

Most of the visors I have seen and own did not show the sweatstains under the sweatband.

Most of the times the lining is almost spotless under the sweatband.

Maybe the lining came from a larger cap and was shortened to fit in this one.

Or the stains were made to look like original/period

                        Just my opinion.

I am getting old, I didn't catch that. Can we see the rear of the cap under the sweatband?

                            Here's what I mean...

When the original sweatband is in place for 60+ years it should be like this one, note the dirty part and the clean part which has been under the sweatband for years (if original to the visorcap)

Here's another one, again notice the "clean" and the "dirty"part of a sweatband sitting there for 60+ years...

I know where you're coming from but IMO these are not sweat/natural wear stains that you've pointed out. This visor has suffered moisture damage at some point in the past and water will travel up inside the side panels quicker than a rat up a drain pipe.
