New Fake SS Skull

this is the new M1/24 skull. it is well made with prongs that falsely appear to be crimped in. The skull is an alloy and well finished. Please note, on the fake to the right, the areas between the bones is not crisp and clean, like the original, to the left.

This is a very convincing copy and with a little tweaking, could be a very tough call, if placed on a hat.

Good job showing this for the ss collectors

But actually I think that this forum is a school for the fakers...
It's great to show other members what's wrong and what's right concerning ss items,but the fakers are also waching

The more we tell what to look for when buying an original ss skull or eagle,the better the fakers will do their dirty job

I'm a luft.headgear collector,but waching these ss items getting better and better each day is scaring me...

I realy like to see ss related stuff but I don't have the guts to start collecting them.
