2 New M43 caps

Got these two from the same ebay seller in Germany but had to wait 2 months for them to arrive.

First off is a run of the mill cap, rayon lining, bias material etc although the bill is shorter than usual.

I think the lining was a bit big for the cap because it's folded over in the front and then stitched.

I don't think theres any run of the mill M43 these days. These sure appear to be one lookers to me. If they're bad I sure won't be buying any more M43s! WR Jim

Second one is bit special. When I first saw it I thought, hello, factory installed grommets? But no, I think these were put in by the soldier in the field. Still, I've never seen another like it.

Other side, one is bigger than the other..

LAGO made cap dated 1944 and with a plain cotton liner.

Both caps had trapezoids and were definitely worn, they're quite sweaty and smell pretty bad.

The seller was an a**hole, I paid him but got nothing for a month, then he emailed to say that I must pay 10 euros more for the shipping then waited another month to post them.

That's the plan but I must find some nice used insignia first, can anyone help?
