For once I am stumped....the hat looks original from the photos, and all the insignia appears to be in harmony with one another. I am thinking that this is an NSKOV visor circa 33-34, prior to the '35 regulations kicking in. There was a mish-mash of cap styles worn by this organisation then.
Is it for sale? I might be interested....

Thanks for the opinions ! A collector friend found it at the flea market... It's out of my knowledge, but I don't like caps of "odd and unknown" formations...

are you sure? The construction seems correct, but had not the oppotunity to have a "in hand" examination to confirm.
