HI GUYS, I AM AT A LOSS WITH THIS VISOR ANDANY ADVICE WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED. IT HAS THE MAKER STAMP OTTO REK AND APPEARS THAT THE ADLER (EAGLE) HAS BEEN DENAZIFIED. MY INITIAL THOUGHTS WERE IT IS TO DO WITH THE GERMAN REICHPOST BUT AM NOT REALLY SURE, ANY OPINIONS WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED

It looks like an hotchpotch of things stuck together!
an austrian cockade;
a bad eagle;
a postwar chinstrap.

Hello Bill, that sounds about right as it came from Austria and like you I was of the opion it was a mix match, thank you for you opinion it is much appreciated. Still it cost so little I am not going to lose any sleep on this particular Visor
