Help : needs copy of a page from this book

Hello fellow collectors,

Maybe you guys can help me....
I´m doing some research on piped luftwaffe overseascaps for EM/NCO´s
These caps existed for only a short period of time and were early/pre-war.
I have two,war-time, pictures of these caps being worn,but I´m looking for some more pictures of them.

I´ve heard that there are some pictures of these caps in this book :

Headgear of Hitlers´Germany Vol.1

By : Jill Halcomb and Wilhelm P.B.R Haris

Is there anyone who has this book and wants to make a copy or scan of this page ?
