Bob, Nick and Dave - thanks for the kind comments. As I posted in the other thread in response to Nick's reply, I still have one more Panzer visor to post when ....that one I expect may potentially generate some less favorable responses!

Thanks for your kind comments. No, the sweatband is not embossed. I've owned two other Paul Kaps officer visors - Cav and Infantry. As I recall, at least one of those two did have "Kaps" embossed into the sweatband. Both of those visors I believed to be earlier in manufacture. The Cav visor had a vulcanfiber visor while the Infantry cap had a leather visor. Based on those I've owned or held in my hands, I consider this maker as my favorite!

Thanks Bob. I could certainly send it to you on loan to admire, but likely not leaving my collection on a permanent basis any time soon! I only wish I had held onto the other two Kaps I've owned, but other Siren's harkened!
