Okay its no good the sad thing is the seller is supposed to be an expert of sorts and he is charging 800 dollars which is cheap but not for a fake I guess that is his comeback, "a real SS cap for $800 you must be an idiot" Its just to us older guys it wasnt that long ago $800 would have bought a lot more than a real SS Cap. To a working joe $800 is still a tidy sum.

i agree with you, Mr Coutts,

a real SS black pz einheitsfeldmütze mle 43 offered by an expert "pro" seller would cost far more than 800 $ nowdays.

unfortunately, it's the law of the market...
