    Carlo--yours, IMHO, is an officers with an NCO eagle--I wouldn't be surprised if the officer (or his family) got rid of the eagle, and later on down the road it was replaced with an NCO version--you should restore it to its original splendor!

              Hello The lining has a strip about a half inch to a inch and 6-7 inches long that is missing but it's more torn than cut. Kirby
