help on identifying markings on hat please.

hey Guys, Glenn here. I was hoping that someone has an example of this same maker. it is a common manufacturer of German winter fur hats. I have this maker but mine unfortunately has illegible manufacturing markings. the date and size are visible but sweat has pretty much wiped out the rest. this pic is from another persons example and I was able to make out most of the letters/numbers but not all. I'm hoping someone here can shed light on the full name and location. if you by chance have an example that is clearer than this one shown I would love to see/get a detailed pic of the markings for my own personal reference. I'm big into makers marks. as far as I can tell the info printed is:

Berlin W8, Charlottenstr 29 30
Modishe Pelzbekledung -- Rauchuaran

if any one can verify these markings or let me know the proper spelling I would appreciate it greatly. a clearer pic as I said would be an awesome plus. Glenn

actually Woelfl, I think I sort of understand what you are saying. the "fashionable furs" part. do you know what this means: "Rauchuaran"
