              No problem original NSKK side cap. Hand sewn NSKK orange backing (S******252;dwest) triangle, what is absolutely normal .

              Perhaps not a period officer cap, perhaps restored (rank pips and silver torsade added), but it's practically impossible to be sure if you don't "find" it yourself (To be honnest I know the origin of the cap, it was sold in sept 2005 at the price of an EM/NCO cap with the officer attributes and I've seen the cap a short time before without ...).

                This same cap is documented on page 348 of "Headgear of Hitler's Germany" Vol.4
                (wrongly with a "sulfur yellow" eagle, it's in fact an orange one).
