Hi,

To start you must much more learn…
The cockade of your cap is not good.
3rd Reich cockades are the center red, then white and finally black around.
The cockade on your cap is a post 45 era German Western army (Bundeswehr) cockade.

The Colonel's képi, is not a Foreign Legion one.
The Foreign Legion képis, starting from the rank of Sergeant (NCO) are black and red. For the Enlisted Men (from Légionnaire to Caporal-Chef, they are all white. Your kepi is for a Military academy higher rank commanding officer.
