                              Ron, I would have thought yours was a Pekuro--Naubert evidently used the same black rayon band in place of the velvet late in the war, as did Pekuro (I wonder if there was a regulation change along with the eliminated lower ring of piping).

                              Nice piece--here's its "schwester":
