      Yes it is. It has the full system behind the wreath and the correct wreath with vent holes on the sides.

            Nice Veterinarian caps, mountain troops used a lot of mules/donkeys... so not an uncommon combination with the edelweiss! Please leave it "as is" ! Many collectors love salty pieces with that "been there" look! Nick
