The eagle is bad and the markings lead me to believe that it is a reenactor piece...

Hmmmmmm...a terribly sewn on repro sleeve eagle for a cap eagle, an equally terrible repro skull with about 12 too many teeth, owners name of Bubba too smeared to read, although he was a recon guy, I think my guess would still be repro to the tenth degree.
