Panzer visor opinion ?

My brother was offered this visor and an M43 Luft. He collects G.I. Joes, not militaria so he doesn't have a clue if they're good or not, what do you think?

Definitely NO on the Army Panzer Officer Service Cap... I can see that one coming a mile away. The Luftwaffe M1943 Field Cap doesn't look right to me, as far as the pictures are concerned... looks like the wrong material... would need more pictures to be sure, but in my honest opinion, I'd bow out and be on my way.
