SA Marine Bullion cap badge?

I picked this up some time ago and have never been able to find reference to it in the usual sources. Can anyone identify this cap badge?

Certainly seems like an SA eagle and the wreath is larger than Heer.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The eagle and wreath is the configuration for the 1930s Marine SA. I've never seen an example with a bullion eagle (although there is one period photo with a member wearing a Marine SA visor with a variant wreath and bullion eagle). I'd like to hear opinions from those more familiar with this style of bullion.
