I found another cap device on eBay this last week, believe this is from 8th GBJ. Interesting what it came with. Note the 34th Infantry device and what is written on the back in raised lettering. Makes sense that these two came together since they were in the same area of Italy at the end of the war.

Anyone know what the other item is?

A seller busted up a Vet's stuff and sold on eBay, so don't know much.
